ROSAMUND STONE ZANDER

About My Work

My work, in all its aspects, is about growth. The intention is to expand people´s capacity for leadership, insight, expression, and contribution.

Inside Organizations

I train leaders to take 100% responsibility for the spirit and productivity of their employees, and for the long-term evolution of the company. The method is to reduce, systematically, the culture of fear and the blame, subtexts, lies, and personal agendas that are so often in attendance, and build a culture of Possibility that features authentic, energetic, value-adding participation.

Seminars and Workshops

  • Two-Hour Workshops to clarify and deepen the distinctions of the Transformational Model as a follow-on to Benjamin Zander´s Presentation
  • Day-long, or two-day workshops for interest groups wishing to take action on a topic, or desiring to transform a working team.
  • Half-Day Workshops that take organizations through the process of creating a vision.
  • Customized Workshops to meet specific challenges and needs.

Presentations

  • A 1 1/2 hour transformational presentation that delivers the model of Possibility.

The Accomplishment Program

  • Fourteen-session program for five to eight people, each undertaking a major, individual project,
  • Year-long Life Design groups.

Psychotherapy

As a psychotherapist, I take an active, engaged, often self-disclosing stance as a psychotherapist, to help people close the gap between where they say they want to be: e.g. loving, or productive, and their current reality. This often entails uncovering and transforming the stories they are telling themselves about who they are and how the world works. It may involve directives to clients to take action.

Leadership Coaching

The premise is that the person seeking coaching is whole and complete, and is looking for a conversation about how and where to move next. As a coach, I focus on the developmental step that is appropriate to prepare the person to meet upcoming challenges creatively.

Writing

In my writing I take a transformational view of common human concerns: e.g., leadership, relationship, responsibility, spirituality—and build new definitions that enable people to become capable in those arenas.
